From Farm to Cup

Every cup of Solok Radjo coffee begins long before roasting. It starts in the highlands of Solok, where farmers care for their coffee trees through changing seasons, guided by local knowledge passed down through generations. This journey is not only about producing coffee, but about preserving livelihoods, strengthening communities, and sharing the stories behind every bean.

In the Coffee Fields

The harvest season is one of the most important moments in our coffee journey. Farmers carefully handpick ripe coffee cherries at peak maturity to ensure quality from the very beginning. Families and community members often work side by side in the fields, sharing knowledge, stories, and traditions while gathering the fruits of months of dedication and care.

Each cherry represents the effort of farmers who nurture their land and take pride in producing coffee that reflects the character of Solok's highlands.

After harvest, coffee cherries are carefully sorted to select only the best fruit for processing. Through washing, drying, and continuous quality checks, every stage is carried out with attention and patience.

Our approach combines traditional knowledge with quality-focused practices to preserve the unique flavors of Solok coffee. By maintaining careful standards throughout processing, we ensure that every bean carries the quality and authenticity that our community strives to deliver.
